Ways we can work togehter
In-person sessions*
If you want to be held in person
My in-person sessions are mainly shaped by my education as a trauma-informed Tantric Sexologist, and within my various trainings in the field of somatic movement therapy. We work from a place rooted in nervous-system regulation, trauma-awareness, and slowness.
These sessions are created for you if you want to dive deep into your own embodiment, intimacy, relational dynamics, sensuality, aliveness, traumas and unconscious patterns & how they live in your body.
Online sessions*
If you want ongoing support while going deeper
My online sessions are based on the essential elements of my in-person sessions, where we explore what is alive in your body, and what is blocking you. These sessions are created as a way of a combining somatic guidance with conversation-based mentoring.
These sessions allow flexibility and ongoing support, while maintaining depth and a body-centered approach to therapy.

If you’re navigating pregnancy/motherhood, and long for support and to be held
HOLD is based on the essential elements of my in-person work, where we attend to what is alive in the body and what may need support during the seasons of motherhood. It is created as a way of combining somatic guidance with gentle reflection and shared space.
HOLD offers ongoing nourishment and continuity of support, while maintaining depth and a clear focus on regulation, presence, and the lived realities of motherhood.
Coming spring 2026
Extra: Group facilitation
I facilitate group spaces within the fields of somatic movement, sexuality, and women’s group work. This works as a container for deep work within the support of a community of other people. It is created based on somatic guidance, self-inquiry, sharing, mirroring, and connection.
Please reach out to me if you’re interested in creating something together, or if you wish to hire me for an event.
*note for mothers & mothers-to-be:
My in-person and online sessions can be tailored specifically to your needs, whether you are entering or new to motherhood. We would work in the intersection between postpartum doula care and sexuality, sensuality, and the reclamation of self before and after entering motherhood.
