Each session begins with a short conversation about what is present for you right now — a transition, a question, or something you are moving through in your life.
From there, we work somatically with what unfolds in the moment. This may include guided awareness of sensations, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and gentle exploration of patterns held in the body.
The pace is slow and responsive to you. Rather than trying to fix or force change, the work supports your system in naturally releasing what is ready to shift and integrating new experiences of safety, clarity, and presence.

You may be seeking deeper connection with yourself, more clarity about your next steps, or support in navigating emotions and uncertainty with greater steadiness.
