Where does your body
want to take you?
We move at a pace your nervous system can hold.
We explore what your body carries—old patterns of stress, shutdown, or activation; boundaries, consent, and agency; and the ways past experiences shape your present.
Here, intimacy, desire, and sexuality are not goals to achieve or problems to fix—they are felt, embodied, and explored with curiosity and care.
This is a space to be seen, understood, and supported without judgment, and to reclaim your soft power, aliveness, and authentic expression.
This work is for you if you want to feel
more alive in your body, your heart, and your life.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed Tantric Sexology and somatic movement therapy, emphasizing nervous-system regulation, trauma-awareness, and slowness. I hold space for exploring intimacy, desire, sexuality, relational dynamics, and the ways trauma and unconscious patterns live in the body.
This is a space to build agency, trust, and confidence in your body and your choices, to explore your aliveness and sensuality, and to engage with your full complexity rather than following a prescribed path. Together, we go beyond surface patterns to support healing of sexual, relational, or emotional trauma.

The sessions
Each session lasts 90 minutes, giving us space to land together, check in on what’s alive for you, and set intentions for the work you want to focus on. From there, the session unfolds organically, guided by your needs, agreements, and desires.
Sessions may include somatic guidance, tracking and mapping, movement, soft de-armouring, and methods drawn from psychotherapy.
They integrate somatic sexual therapy, trauma resolution, nervous-system regulation, and Tantric principles, addressing topics such as sexual trauma, intimacy and relationship dynamics, and disconnection from embodiment.

FAQs
-
This work draws on trauma-informed Tantric Sexology, somatic movement therapy, and elements from psychotherapy, but it may not look like traditional talk therapy. Sessions are body-led and relational, with space for conversation, reflection, and embodied exploration. The focus is on nervous-system regulation, agency, and lived experience rather than diagnosis or fixing.
-
No. You don’t need any prior experience, language, or familiarity with somatic or tantric practices. We begin exactly where you are and move at a pace your nervous system can hold. Curiosity and willingness to listen to yourself are enough.
-
Each session begins with landing together and checking in with what is alive for you. From there, the work unfolds organically, guided by your needs, boundaries, and agreements. Sessions may include conversation, somatic guidance, tracking sensations, movement, breath, or gentle de-armouring practices. Everything is invitational and can be paused or changed at any time.
-
Touch may be part of the work, but it is never assumed or required. All touch is discussed in advance, clearly consented to, and continuously renegotiable. Touch, when included, is used as a therapeutic and regulating support—not as something to perform or endure.
-
No. Sexuality, desire, and intimacy are explored as embodied experiences—through awareness, reflection, and somatic guidance—not through sexual touch. The focus is on safety, agency, and choice, and on relating to these themes in a way that feels respectful and supportive.
-
Yes. The approach is trauma-informed and rooted in nervous-system awareness, slowness, and choice. That said, every person and history is different. We continually orient to what feels possible, resourced, and supportive, and there is no expectation to revisit or relive experiences.
-
That is very welcome. You don’t need a clear goal or story. Many people come with a felt sense, a question, or a sense of disconnection rather than words. We listen together for what wants attention.
-
Some people come for a single session; others choose to work over time. Embodied work often benefits from continuity, but there is no requirement or pressure. We can check in together after a session to see what feels right for you.
