What if you listened?

Welcome. This is a space for you to find your way back to your body.

Many of us move through life carrying more than we realize — tension, habits, and responses our bodies learned during times of change, overwhelm, or survival. These patterns often form quietly, shaped by past experiences, transitions, or moments when the body had to adapt without being fully supported.

Feeling more at home in the body can begin with gently untangling what has been held for a long time — making space for more of who you are, and learning to listen to your body’s signals with greater trust.

Have you noticed how much your body has learned to hold?

What would it feel like to move through your life

with more connection, sensation, and trust?

I want to know more

My name is Nanna

My work is shaped by my own long journey of learning what it means to feel at home in myself. Through lived experience, motherhood, and years of embodied inquiry, I came to understand how deeply our patterns of safety, desire, and connection live in the body. This informs how I work today: slowly, honestly, and with deep respect for what each person is carrying.
