A place where you are held, too

HOLD is an ongoing embodied space for nourishment, regulation, and being accompanied through the seasons of motherhood.

It is for women who are holding much — children, responsibility, change — and who need a place where they, too, can be held.

HOLD is not a course to complete or content to keep up with.
It is a trauma-aware, body-led space designed to move at the pace of real motherhood.

This work is slow by intention. It does not ask you to strive, optimise, or reach a version of yourself.
There are no outcomes to achieve and no timelines to follow.

Everything inside HOLD is created for mothers with limited capacity —
tired bodies, full days, shifting identities —
and honours that what you need most is often not more information,
but regulation, presence, and being accompanied.

This is not another feed to scroll.
It is a place to return.

Each month offers simple, embodied touchpoints you can return to in your own time.

HOLD is here to support your body, your nervous system, and your sense of self — as they are now.

  • HOLD is for both mothers, mothers-to-be and the ones on a journey to become pregnant. You are welcome whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood. There is no “right” stage to join.

  • Very little. Most members spend between 30–90 minutes a month, depending on capacity. All sessions are recorded, and nothing needs to be completed in order or on time.

  • No. Live sessions are offered as an invitation, not a requirement. Many mothers listen to recordings while resting, walking, or feeding.

  • Yes. Babies, interruptions, and unpredictability are part of this space. You are welcome to come as you are.

  • No. HOLD is an embodied support space, not psychotherapy or medical care. It can sit alongside therapy or other forms of support.

  • My work as a sexologist informs HOLD through a deep respect for the body, the nervous system, and lived experience — not through techniques or performance.

Motherhood often reshapes desire, intimacy, boundaries, and identity. In HOLD, sexuality is understood in its widest sense: as vitality, sensation, safety, pleasure, and aliveness in the body.

This work is trauma-aware, non-goal-oriented, and grounded in listening rather than fixing. You will not be asked to “work on” your sexuality. Instead, HOLD creates the conditions for reconnection to happen in your own time, in ways that feel safe and true for you.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time. There is no pressure to stay if your capacity changes.

  • No. Sharing is always optional. You can be present quietly, listen, or simply receive.

  • HOLD is trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed, but it is not a replacement for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing acute distress, we encourage you to seek appropriate care alongside this space.

  • Live sessions are hosted online and recordings are shared privately with members. The community space is intentionally low-noise and optional.

  • Yes. You can move between tiers as your needs and capacity change.

  • No experience is needed. All practices are guided and offered gently, with choice and agency at every step.
