Trauma-Informed Consent Statement

Your consent, agency, and nervous system integrity are central to this work.

This mentoring is rooted in choice, pacing, and respect for your body’s wisdom. You are always invited—not expected—to participate in any practice, reflection, or exploration offered. You are free to say yes, no, not now, or to change your mind at any point.

Nothing here requires you to share, disclose, or express more than feels safe or true for you. You are never asked to push through discomfort, override your body’s signals, or perform vulnerability. Your boundaries are honored without question or explanation.

This work moves at the pace your nervous system can receive. Slowing down, pausing, resourcing, or stepping back are not seen as resistance or failure—they are respected as intelligence.

You are encouraged to stay in relationship with your own body throughout the process. Sensations, emotions, numbness, hesitation, desire, and pleasure are all welcome information. You are the authority on your experience.

This mentoring is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. It is an educational and experiential space that supports embodied self-awareness, agency, and self-responsibility. You are invited to seek additional professional support if and when that feels aligned for you.

By entering this space, you agree to take responsibility for your participation, to care for yourself as needed, and to honor your own limits. I commit to meeting you with presence, attunement, and respect.

This is a space where your no is sacred, your yes is celebrated, and your choice is always the ground we stand on.
